As a side project I've started on a simple little 2-D game in unity.
The reason I am doing this game is because I have always loved the zombie genre and do a lot of thinking of the choices that one will be faced with and what the cause and effect would be of those choices.
This game will be a multi choice narrative game which will have multiple endings to it.
The style of this game is going to be 2-D cartoon backgrounds and pixel art assets.
There will be a menu to this game but I have not yet decided on the style of art that will be with it.
As far as the backstory goes, I still need to work on one but it will probably be a simple zombie story unless I can think of a more unique one.
Here's some of the assets I plan to use
After some consideration I have decided to incorporate the game into Unit 27 (Story-boarding).I have decided to do this because a narrative game will the best way for me to show my understanding and ability to use story boarding in an intractable video game environment.
A storyboard is a graphic way of showing how a creative media project such as an animation, game or film before its put into development. A storyboard can be as complex or basic as the creator sees fit (So long as it gives the right information).
There are many different types of storyboards and the most basic form would be like the two below which have a start a few middle pieces in a linerar format
