the creative media industry covers a wide range of areas from music and radio to film and games.
Creative Industries.
The creative industry is a jobs and careers created with an individuals creativity, skills and talents.
The creative industries is made up of 16 areas:
Advertising- Visual or other creative methods intended with the sole purpose of promoting a product, brand or idea to the general public.
Architecture- The design of buildings and structure done in planed first in a 2-Dimensional format to then later be translated into a 3-Dimensional building.
Visual Art- A form of art made to portray ideas and feelings while being appealing to an observer.
Crafts- Crafts help with sectors that require material knowledge. These sectors are more in the economical areas which includes retail, hospitality and product manufacturing.
Fashion and Textiles- Fabric and clothing sectors to appeal creating 1000s of jobs worldwide and contributing heavily to the economy.
Design- Business and Corporate sectors use this area for, in short, everything from corporate identities to classic album covers.
Performing Arts- More physical arts such as acting, dancing, gymnastics and loads similar, these commonly contribute to an entertainment sector
Music- Part of both the Entertainment and Economic sectors creating jobs for people with a more creative outlook.
Photography- Capturing sights in pictures that can be used for public or private uses.
Computer Games- As the fastest growing industry the computer games as part of the entertainment and economical sectors. It creates hundreds of jobs while making products for the entertainment of thousand more people.
Radio and TV- Much like music and games this area is big in the entertainment sector and give people with a creative outlook on life jobs more suited to there skills.
Film and Video- Very similar as above just on a smaller scale and only focused on visual enterainment.
